Mounjaro Tea Recipe: How to Brew the Ancient Elixir Making a Modern Comeback

  • Author: Mery
  • Total Time: 15 minutes
  • Yield: 2 cups

Description

This Mounjaro Herbal Tea is a nutrient-rich, soothing beverage designed to energize your mornings and support your overall wellness. Made with dried moringa, fresh ginger, turmeric, lemon, and raw honey, this infusion offers anti-inflammatory, digestive, and immune-boosting benefits. Naturally caffeine-free, it’s a perfect way to start the day with clarity and calm. Plus, it’s easily customizable based on your personal health goals!

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp dried moringa leaves (substitute with green tea if needed)

  • 1 inch fresh ginger root, thinly sliced

  • ¼ tsp turmeric powder

  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

  • 1 tsp raw honey (add after cooling slightly)

  • 2 cups filtered water (use high-quality water for purity)

Instructions

  • Boil the Water: Bring 2 cups of filtered water to a boil in a stainless-steel pot.

  • Simmer the Ingredients: Add the moringa leaves, sliced ginger, and turmeric. Simmer gently for 10 minutes to extract all the nutrients and flavors.

  • Turn Off the Heat: Remove the pot from heat and let the mixture cool for 1–2 minutes. This helps preserve the benefits of the lemon juice and honey.

  • Add Lemon and Honey: Stir in the lemon juice and raw honey until dissolved.

  • Strain and Serve: Strain the tea using a fine mesh strainer and serve warm. Optionally, chill and enjoy over ice.

Notes

  • Use fresh ginger and turmeric for maximum potency.

  • Customize your brew with additions like cinnamon, black pepper (to enhance turmeric absorption), or peppermint for respiratory support.

  • Local raw honey provides extra enzymes and antioxidants.

  • Try apple cider vinegar for a metabolism-boosting twist.

  • Enjoy warm in the morning or iced in the afternoon—make it your own ritual!
